As a longtime aficionado of vintage Champion, Mark McNairy seemed the perfect guest designer for Todd’s latest Champion capsule. “In the NineTies, I was traveling to Japan a lot, and my first stop was always this Champion store in Tokyo,” remembers McNairy. “They sold vintage styles tHat would make me lose my mind, and I started collecting them.”

The City of Angels Tee is 100% Cotton and made at a family-owned factory in Canada. There is an all-over Camo pattern with a plastisol Graphic print of City of Angels on the front, the number “00” on the back. City of Angels is a nod to L.A. where McNairy moved in 2015. Or as he describes it, “When I started my own brand in New York, I called it New Amsterdam based on the Elvis Costello track on Get Happy.
